In Focus

Exercise

You need it, the dog and cat need it. My mother is 92 years young and I hear her say regularly "use it or lose it." So make the effort and make sure both you and your dog or cat get plenty of exercise.

Exercise stimulates the immune system to expel toxins from the system. In itself, is a good enough reason for exercise!

Burns Pet Team

The Burns Pet Team are here to help you understand the issues associated with the health of your pet.

We get asked many pet health questions every day ranging diabetes in dogs to ear mites in cats. Most ailments in dog's and cat's are, we believe, a result of improper diet.

The advise we offer is not intended as a substitute for that of a licensed professional. In the event that you use the information for the health of your animals or yourself, you are prescribing for your animals or yourself, which is your constitutional right and for which the author of this site assumes no responsibility. Before emailing or calling may we suggest you read our frequently asked questions. This will enable us to help you better in that we can devote time to those questions which are less common and require very specific advice.
